If you receive faulty or damaged goods P&RSTYLING must be notified within 5 working days of receiving the product (if beyond this timeframe your product will not be refunded).

The damaged or faulty product needs to be stored as is until further notice from us otherwise refund is not valid.

If the product is damaged or faulty and this item is still in stock we offer a replacement, if the item is out of stock then a refund will be issued.

Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days after purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location & the couriers policy & procedures.
