Welcome to P&R Styling! These terms apply when you shop with us online or in our showroom.
We aim to make your online shopping experience simple and enjoyable. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Items discounted by 40% or more — including those marked as "Clearance", "Final Sale" or "Sale" — are offered at these reduced prices on a final sale basis.
By purchasing an item discounted 40% or more, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the item is not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges or store credit; and
- clearance stock is limited and may be the last of a line, an ex-display piece, or a discontinued product.
Items discounted by less than 40% are not considered final sale and remain eligible for our standard change-of-mind returns process, as set out above.
We recommend choosing carefully and contacting our Customer Care team at info@pandrstyling.com.au before purchasing if you have any questions about a clearance item.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a clearance item is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you remain entitled to a remedy as set out in the Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items and Australian Consumer Law Guarantees sections above.
Your Consumer Rights
You have rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in relation to goods purchased from P&R Styling. These rights cannot be excluded or limited by us.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, restrict or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any guarantees that apply to the supply of goods.
Our Liability to You
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited by these Terms. Without limiting your consumer law rights (or any additional warranties we may expressly provide), you acknowledge and agree that:

We exclude all conditions, warranties and guarantees implied by law, except those that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

We are not liable for any loss, theft or damage to products that occurs after delivery, including where an Authority to Leave (ATL) has been requested or applied.

We are not liable for any loss suffered as a result of fraudulent use of your credit or debit card by a third party, except to the extent that the loss was caused by our acts or omissions.

To the extent that we are liable to you for any loss:

our liability will be reduced to the extent that you caused or contributed to the loss; and
- our liability will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the products to which the loss relates, except where our acts or omissions have caused or contributed to the loss.

Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy as provided under the law.
This section is intended to be read subject to, and consistently with, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Ordering & Acceptance
After your order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order request only and does not guarantee product availability.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock availability, pricing errors, payment or fraud issues, excessive returns or chargebacks, shipping restrictions, or as otherwise outlined in these Terms. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Pricing is updated regularly, but mistakes can happen. If an item’s price is clearly incorrect, we may contact you to cancel the order and issue a refund. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay as shown at checkout.
Dispatch & Delivery
We currently deliver within Australia only. We do not ship internationally. Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout, or as updated with our Customer Care team prior to dispatch. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the size and nature of many of our products.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees and delivery timeframes vary depending on:

the size and weight of your order;

the number and type of products purchased;
-
where the products are shipping from; and
-
the delivery destination.
Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment and included in your order total. If delivery of an order will result in unacceptably high freight charges to us, we reserve the right to contact you after your order is placed to request additional delivery fees prior to dispatch.
Delivery is door-to-door only and does not include assembly.
If you are Gold Coast based and would like your item assembled, please contact us for a quote on additional charges.
Please note, any changes to the delivery address or delivery requirements after your order has been placed may result in further fees.
Dispatch Timeframes
Unless otherwise stated, in-stock items are generally dispatched within 7-10 business days from order confirmation. Dispatch timeframes may be longer during sale periods, peak trading periods, public holidays, pre-order items or where items are made to order.
From time to time, dispatch timeframes may be extended due to circumstances outside our control, including supplier delays, freight disruptions, technical issues or payment verification checks.
We will endeavour to keep you informed if we anticipate any significant delays. For the purposes of these Terms, business days refer to business days in the relevant Australian State or Territory from which your order is dispatched.
Delivery Methods
We work with a range of trusted third-party delivery partners across Australia. Depending on the delivery method selected and the size of your order:

some deliveries will include tracking details sent via email; and
-
some delivery partners may contact you directly to arrange or confirm a suitable delivery date or time.
Delivery partners and methods are selected at our discretion based on the nature of your order.
Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or elsewhere on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, industrial action, peak periods, or events outside our reasonable control.
Failed Deliveries
It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, access issues, or failure to collect or re-schedule delivery, you may be responsible for any additional delivery or re-delivery fees.
If a delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts or an extended period, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In these circumstances, any refund issued may be less delivery fees and reasonable handling costs.
Our Products
We take care to ensure that all products displayed on our website are described and represented as accurately as possible. However, from time to time, errors or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Handmade & Natural Materials
Some of our products are handmade, made to order, or crafted from natural materials such as wood, stone, marble or concrete. As a result, natural variations may occur between individual pieces. These variations can include, but are not limited to:

colour tone or shade;
-
grain pattern or veining;
-
texture, markings or natural characteristics; and
-
variations between different production batches.
These variations are a natural feature of handcrafted and natural-material products and are not considered faults. Where applicable, this will be noted on the relevant product listing.
Product Images & Colour Representation
Product images on our website are styled and photographed in a range of environments, including both bright, naturally lit spaces and darker interior settings. Lighting conditions, styling, surrounding materials and shadows may impact how colours, finishes and textures appear in photographs.
While we make every effort to display colours accurately, colour representation may vary depending on your device, screen settings and display technology. Differences in colour appearance between screens or devices do not constitute a fault or error.
Change of Mind & Returns
We understand that sometimes a return may be required. The information below outlines our returns process.
Change of Mind Returns Store Credit:
You may return most items within 5 working days of delivery if unused, unassembled, in original condition, and with original packaging. Return shipping costs are generally at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue store credit for eligible items.
Some items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns and these include made-to-order, clearance items, personalised or gift cards. Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is in as-new, unused condition, we will issue you with a store credit voucher via email.
The value of the store credit will be equal to the price paid for the product, less any delivery fees, return shipping costs and reasonable handling costs incurred by us in connection with the original delivery and return of the item.
Store credit vouchers are issued once the return has been received and assessed. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the product and the return location. Store credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are always respected. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is missing parts, you may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or credit.
Contact us within 5 working days of receiving the product with photos and your order number. We’ll assess and work with you on the best outcome.
If the product is damaged or faulty and this item is in stock, we offer a replacement of the same product, if this item is on pre order, the item will be sent out once it arrives into our warehouse.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, we offer products for pre-order. When placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that estimated delivery timeframes are indicative only and that an exact ETA may not be available at the time of purchase.
Pre-order delivery dates may be subject to change due to factors outside of our control, including supplier delays, manufacturing timelines, freight disruptions or port delays.
Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation, refund or store credit due to delivery delays outside of our control.
Cancellations
Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to accept cancellations for change of mind. If your order hasn’t yet shipped, please reach out immediately and we’ll do our best to assist with an exchange or store credit. Please note, made to order items cannot be cancelled.
Warranties
Unless otherwise stated, products come with a manufacturer warranty that apply for 12 months from your purchase. This warranty covers the replacement, repair or store credit of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.
Tracking & Customer Support
You can track your order via the tracking link sent in your shipping email. Otherwise you will be sent an email with driver information as soon as your order has shipped.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Updated terms will appear on this page and will apply to future orders.
